WOW !
We awoke to Bonny and Clyde barking really seriously and we looked out of the window - normally simply this wonderful view ...
But today, and to my friends' understandable alarm, coming low across the fields were some big balloons!!!
Yep! BALLOONS !
Crikey we thought. Bonny and Clyde were so upset that they were happy to be invited back inside - and I covered my eyes with my paws
SHE of course hurried out and took photos.
Apparently one balloon was taking longer than the other four to gain height and kept lumbering up and down behind the trees!

Firing the burner could be heard clearly from our cottage door and eventually it got up and away
Phew ! Wonder what the rest of today holds...
